Struggling to get the rebate form to upgrade my GEN 2 nest thermostats

I am trying to order four replacement GEN 4  nest thermostats to replace my outdated GEN 2. It seems like jumping through hoops to try to even get the email discount code. Cannot find any way to contact anyone for this issue. This is about a $500 additional cost to me without the promised discount. $1200 retail. I have recently purchased three GEN 4  for another home that we own $900. There are three additional needed to be replaced in our business that are also outdated $900. That is a total of approx $3k for thermostats that I am not sure that will continue to be supported in the future. Please help!
