Stuck in bluetooth setup in a google nest thermostat

Getting stuck on my phone not finding the nest thermostat.

have followed the instructions and reset the thermostat, turned off all Bluetooth connections and stoped next to the thermostat 

at a loss please someone help

Thanks for bringing this up here in the Google Nest community. Let's check this out. Are you getting any kind of error message when you try to look for the Nest Thermostat? Or is it just on a loading screen?

Also, are you using the Nest app or the Google Home app when you´re trying to add the Nest Thermostat?

thanks for getting back to me.

I have now resolved the issue I was trying to use the Google nest app to start with as I did not see anything about using another app.

I have since downloaded the Nest app and it’s all working great now
