I have a Nest Version 2 and everything works perfectly. Replacing with Version 4. Wired the exact same way. Fan won’t stop running. When into all sections of the thermostat having to do with the fan. Made sure all was on Auto. Made no difference. Spoke to their tech team twice. Put eveything on camera and/or able to view my phone. They can’t figure it out. What might be different between 2nd Generation and 4th where the wiring is still the same but produces a different result?
