i have two nest thermostats in my house. One in my living. Room for one system and one in my upstairs for the other system. When google bought nest they had to he transitioned over to connect to nest correctly. I was able to get the living room learning thermostat to connect to my nest app again after resetting the thermostat. However when I have done it multiple times to my upstairs thermostat it doesn’t connect even though the nest app QR code seems to be recognized and the network is correct and the thermostat is online. I even tried reconnecting the network. Nothing works. It keeps erroring out. Not sure who to talk to figure it out. The troubleshooting guides aren’t working. Also my living nest learning thermostat is showing up in the google home app but again I can’t get the other one to work. Thanks
