System glitches?

Hi folks, has anyone else had the same problems as me? I don’t use a schedule to control my heating.

1) When I turn on my heating using either the app or the thermostat I sometimes get an intermittent fault.-The app and wall unit say they are heating but the radiators don’t always come on. If this happens I have to switch the system on manually (wasting power as it is also heating the water at the same time).

2) I heat my water on a schedule. Often the Nest reset itself so it no longer has water on/off programmed. I then have to go into the unit controls to re-add water on/off again. It keeps doing this!!!

What can I do, getting really fed up of it now.
