Temp hold / way to see when this happened ?

Is there a way to see a history of changes during the day on the nest? Out of town and today I see it is set to Temp Hold and no idea why. Would like to see when that occurred

The directions for home app not what I’m looking for. Want details as to when/why something changed (ie temp hold as no one initiated a temp hold)
