Got a new phone, logged on and found nothing for my nest account using “Google account” none of the products were listed. I was unable to retrieve my old listed equipment. So I reset the Nest thermostat and got it hooked up to my phone so I can control it. Now I have two other separate temperature sensors in rooms, I scan the QR codes and it says they’re connected to a different account. Is there a way I can reset them and add again?

Sorry for the delayed response but thanks for posting.
In order to perform a full reset on your Nest Temperature Sensors, remove the battery from the sensor for 5 minutes and then put it back. However, you also need to unpair it from the account it was connected to before.
