Temperature Change

Just got the Nest thermostat installed yesterday. The Auto is OFF but it still changes temperature by itself. I set the AC to 78, an hour later it's 75. This has happened twice and I don't know how to stop it.

Check your schedule. By clicking on heat button of the specific room , a schedule will pop up. 
dots will appear on a time schedule. Click on the dot then click on “remove” bottom right corner. I haven’t found a way of removing all dots, so I remove each individually throughout the week.

After hearing from the installer that there have been many people complaining about Nest so I had mine removed.

I'd like to jump in here and check a couple of things to help. We could check the schedule as it is possible that your thermostat is following the previous changes made on the temperature.

Thanks for helping us here, NP888. In addition, we could check the connectivity of your thermostat as it is possible that the Home Away Assist is the one that automatically changes the temperature.
