Temperature presets Comfort, Eco etc

How do I delete the temperature presets that downloaded last spring and go back to controlling my thermostat manually?

Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? Do you have a set temperature schedule? Please try resetting your thermostat's schedule by going to the Settings > Reset > Schedule.
