Temperature

My temperature on my Nest is not showing correct room temperature. It’s saying it’s 19 but my room temp is actually 15. I have to manually increase the temp over 19 to get it working…..done a test and removed from base but still same issue🤦‍♀️

What other strange symptoms have you experienced since the problem started? What kind of HVAC system do you have?" (Heat pump, conventional system, etc.) Also, what country are you located in?
