The Google thermostat has lines thru the temperature

I would like a replacement thermostat for the one I have, due to unreadable screen on my thermostat.

Could you tell us more about what happened, and for how long have you been using your Nest Thermostat? Also, please share with us a picture of its display showing the parts that are hard to read.
