There is no Stop Eco mode on my Google Learning Thermostat

I cannot stop echo mode it keeps coming on on my app on my phone my iPhone there is a stop echo button which I press but it doesn't stop it for good when I go to my thermostat on the wall and I go to echo mode there is no stop echo that I'm seeing how do you turn echo mode off for good?
