Thermostat E display off-centre

Just got a new Thermostat E which works well but the circular display is off-centre. Is there any way to correct this?

Hey @ianhay,

Don't worry about it, I'm glad to hear that there isn't anything wrong with your thermostat. Please let me know if there's anything else you need.

Hey @ianhay,

Thank you for reaching out! I will do my best to help you, but I'd like to make sure I understand the issue first. When you say it's off-center, are you referring to the glass part of the display or to the way the temperature is displayed?

Hi Ana,

Thanks for responding

This is very embarrassing! What I was seeing was not movement of the image on the glass, although it did look like that. The effect was nothing more than the shadow of the plastic casing being thrown by light from the side. This appears to make the image have an off-sided position on the screen.

Apologies for not looking more carefully and realising this!
