I have a Nest Learning Thermostat which is controlling the furnace just fine. However, I keep getting and Offline message on the app. I have tried all the helps from the web site but still having the same problem. This has just started this winter when the temperature outside have really gotten cold. I wonder if that is the problem. Looking at the Technical Information I have a batter power of over 3.7. Any ideas would be very helpful.

Hey there,
I understand the switch if the device is not working as intended. With that being the case, I am going to go ahead and leave the thread open for 24 hours in case you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Jake
