Thermostat and cameras not visible to apps after power bounce

FCircus

I have a Nest (learning G3) thermostat and 2 cameras installed at home. They were visible, connectable remotely after we left for vacation. Scenario: There was a power drop in the house the night after we left. The router and wifi rebooted, but the Home app and the Nest app show all devices as offline. A neighbor checked the thermostat 2 days later; it was working but not connected to wifi. He reconnected it to the house wifi; but it (and the cameras, of course) still show offline in the apps. It's now been 10 days. Are these products' software seriously so fragile that they won't be visible again until I am back in the house, "Home"?

Hi Ryan - yes, this is still an issue. I am still away from the house. I did try reinstalling the Nest app on my phone, to no effect. Can this issue be resolved remotely?
