Wiring Heat and AC, N72 error and Blower issue

When the Rh and W are connected alone, the heat is fine and I have Rh power. Once I connect the Rc, Y, and G, the air conditioner works fine, but I get an N72 power issue on the Rh and the blower fan from the air conditioner comes on when the heater comes on. If I remove the Rc, Y, and G again, then the heat works fine and no N72 issue. Any thoughts?

So the blower was because the wrong equipment was selected, but I still have this issue. This is what I determined, when Y is connected, I show Rc power but no Rh power. If I disconnect the yellow, then Rc Power is good and Rh Power disappears the system is working normally though

Hey spectorcam,

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

It's great to see that you were able to move some wires and further isolate the issue. Just to check, do you have a common wire connected to your system?

Best regards,

Ryan
