Is there any way you could send a technician to my home to identify the issue, I've troubleshooted every suggestion and nothing is working. I've tried reinstalling the app, and factory resetting the thermometer and it still says that it's already connected and cant reconnect the device. even though it doesn't show up on the app as connected. P.s I spent over 2 hours on the phone with tech support but got nowhere, and I follwed all the instructions on the forums, still nothing.
