One thermostat can't find any networks, while the other is working fine. The one that can't connect has gone through all the steps including trying the personal hotspot and still can't find any networks, shows up as offline on the Nest app, but seems to be connected in Google Home.
I am trying to get through to support, but it's very different from previous when Nest support were very helpful - I can't seem to get a callback or chat from the UK help page despite saying that opening hours are 12:00 to 23:59, which this falls well within. How do you end up speaking to anybody!?
