Thermostat connection

Cannot connect the thermostat to my phone

Neither I. On my screen says "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" we couldn't save your changes. Try again. And my A/C doesn't start. Just the fan even that the termostat says that it ot on

To isolate:

• Is this a first-time set-up?
• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• Could you please share with us a photo of your thermostat's wiring?
• Please check your actual thermostat's power readouts on the Equipment settings for the Nest Thermostat 2020 model and the Technical Info for the Nest Learning Thermostat or Nest Thermostat E.
