Hello. Support has sent me a new display unit to attach to the existing unit. Will I have to reset anything in my app or get a new entry key? Thanks

We'd suggest resetting your faulty unit to its default settings before sending it back to us to clear your account information. So once you've connected the new display to the base, you may need to add it as a new device and complete the setup in the app.
