- What's the software version of your thermostat?
- Are you controlling your thermostat from the Nest or Google Home app or the thermostat display?
- If from the Nest or Google Home app: "Is your mobile device on a different Wi-Fi network than the thermostat? If that is the case, please make sure to connect both devices under the same WiFi network.
