Thermostat does not respond to temperature settings since I signed for NEST Rush Hour Savings Reward

Since signed for NEST Rush Hour Savings Rewards on 08/02/2025, I have been without A/C. Temperatures inside house are  seventy six to eighty six ºF, day and night, Thermostat does not respond to temperature settings.

I understand you're having trouble controlling your A/C system with your Nest Thermostat since you've enrolled for Nest Rush Hour Rewards, and that your temperatures inside the house are 76 to 86 °F, day and night and you're unable to change any settings.
