Thermostat doesn’t follow the schedule set

Hi all,

i have set the schedule in the app however I have noticed that the thermostat is not following the schedule

I have reset the schedule from thermostat - this works a 1 day 

for example

I have the schedule that at 1pm this is set to 19• and the thermostat is 22•

I have the auto schedule off

any thought what is causing this?

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat is not following your set schedule, and I appreciate the steps you already took in trying to resolve this. Are you located in North America or Europe? And what type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
