Thermostat error E116

I have to bases and the one upstairs is showing a error E116 but the other one is fine, I still have heat, why is only one showing that msg

Hi everyone,

Thanks for posting.

E116 means that there is no power to Y1 wire detected (cold weather shutoff). Check this guide on how to troubleshoot this issue.
