Hi can anyone help. No matter what I do my thermostat will not come on or go off when I set it to can anyone give me step by step help please

Hi Edward thanks for replying. No no messages come up, it's WiFi, had this problem since we had it and new boiler fitted around 9 months ago. Tried watching videos and following instructions with no joy.

Thanks for the response. Could you share the wiring of your Nest Thermostat? Also, what's on the display of your Nest Thermostat when you call for heating or cooling?

Hi it's wireless from the boiler then it's plugged into a mains power supply when I manually turn on/off the heating it's comes on/off but it won't come on automatically for the times I've set it for.
