Thermostat heat off but heat turns on

Hoping to get help on ongoing issue. Our Next thermostat is off, with no A/C or heat turned on. However, randomly, the heat starts and only way to turn it off is to increase the heat and then it will shut off. 

Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Did you create any temperature schedules? If so, please check the schedule and remove or clear any tracked temperatures. You can check the auto-schedule as well and turn it off from the thermostat settings. Also, disable the Home and Away Assist, which triggers the Eco Temperature. After the changes, restart your thermostat to refresh.
