Thermostat installation test

We just installed the 3rd generation Nest Learning thermostat. We're running a cooling test and it keeps running the test over and over. I know it said beforehand that this may take a while, but it's been quite a while. Any advice?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. Do you see any messages or codes on your Nest Thermostat? What are the options you're seeing there? Try to restart your thermostat by pressing and holding it for 10 secs. If the issue persists, try to remove the display from its base then put it back again.
