Thermostat is not triggering heat link but there are no error codes

Problems switching on UFH via thermostat. The heat link for my UFH  is showing a green light and if I manually activate it with the central button the boiler switches on and the floor warms. However, if I try to switch on the UFH using the thermostat (mains wired on the wall) there is no click and nothing happens. There are no error codes showing on the thermostat, I have reset the thermostat and heat link already. The separate thermostat and heat link for our central heating is working correctly.

Hi there and thanks for reaching our Community. I'm sorry about the issue you're experiencing, but I'll do my best to assist you. This issue occurred at the first installation? If it does, can you please send me a picture of the wiring that has been done on the Heat Link. You can do that by removing the front plate.
