Heat Link not communicating with boiler

My Heat Link doesn't seem to be communicate with my boiler so the heating does not work. I have reset it (ie. turned it off then on) and also pressed the button to try and turn it on manually, but no luck. The green light is on and no error codes come up on the boiler. A bit confused about what the problem may be. Any thoughts?

I have the same issue. No fault codes on the nest thermostat

Thanks for the information. @SH211 @Prettyvacant please access the settings of the thermostat, go to Equipment -> Heat Link and please let me know if the status of the Heat Link connection is wired only or wireless.
