Hi, @Trach,

Thank you so much for reaching out to the community. I'm truly sorry your thermostat isn't charging. I completely understand how frustrating this must be. Thank you for sharing all the details. I'm happy to help you find a solution.

The low battery could be caused by either rapid battery drain on the Nest thermostat or insufficient power supply to the device. To assist you better, I have a few questions about your device:

  • What type of thermostat do you have?
  • When did the issue first occur?
  • Is this a new installation?
  • Is the thermostat display turning on? If so, are you receiving any error messages?
  • Are the power breakers on, and is your home receiving power?
  • When you charge the thermostat with a dedicated micro USB charger, does any light blink?

In the meantime, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Remove the thermostat display from its base and check if any connector pins are bent.
  • Check if the thermostat wires are secured in their terminals and all the buttons are down.
  • Charge the thermostat via a micro-USB cable and check if there's light on the display. Please let me know about the light status color.

Keep me posted.

Best regards,

Ana
