I recently bought a home and am trying to connect thermostat to app. When I get to the point of dialing in nest app on thermostat to get the code it says ‘ already connected to an account’. How can it be reset, or disconnected from account that is clearly not mine?

I found the account reset on the thermostat and was able to solve my own problem!!
