Hi...can anyone help.me...I have a 2nd generation heal link and nest thermostat, and all of a sudden yesterday, it disconnected from my WiFi...I have gone through all the troubleshooting and still no success...I am unable to reset the thermostat as I cannot go any further on the thermostat as it has this on the screen...I have turned off and restarted my router, no, still not working, I am having to use my heat link manually which is not ideal..
