Thermostat off line

My 3rd gen thermostat is on line but its off line in the app. It shows off line then connects later. I have the latest version of the app and thermostat I have 3.91 v . I have a nest video doorbell on the same network and it is on line on the app this issues just started happening within the last week  any suggestions will be appreciated

Since no body has replied it is safe to assume no one has any recommendations should I contact google nest support?
