Thermostat options not available on one of my Home options on the app

We have two Nest thermostats. From the app we have the option to change modes for one of the thermostats. However, on the other thermostat, we are only given the option Home or Away. We cannot change the mode remotely through the app. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community and we're sorry to hear about what's happening.

 

I'd like to check a couple of things for us to further help you. Are you using the same model for both Nest Thermostats? Is the other thermostat connected to a heating and cooling system? Have you tried restarting one of the affected Nest Thermostat?
