Thermostat pre-set temperatures

I have comfort, eco and sleep temps set.  How do I select one on the thermostat itself?  Eco is the only one I can see.  I don't want to have to go on my phone when I simply want to go to bed and turn the thermostat down.  Very poor instructions with this product.

Hi JimD33,

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for confusion.

For the Nest Thermostat 2020, Set to Heat, Cool, Heat • Cool or Eco mode.

1. Tap to open the Menu view.
2. Slide your finger to Temperature mode  and tap to select.
3. Slide your finger to the mode you want, then tap to set it.

Set to Off mode.

1. Press and hold the touch bar until “Turn off” appears on the screen. 
2. Slide the touch bar to highlight Turn off  tap the touch bar to select.
