Thermostat randomly quit operating my furnace...

Does any body else have any idea i can do to get my fancy thermostat back up and running my HVAC system. I'm back to using my old Honeywell for now because the best won't operate the functions of fan and heat or cool at the same time. Thankfully I had a back up and nothing was harmed by the nest. I did reset it multiple times but same result. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!

I am having the same issue. I have reset multiple times. A week ago it took 5 hours or repeating the same process for it to finally connect. It worked for a couple of days and it is doing it again.

Same here, it tells me how cold my house it but won’t turn on furnace… reset it about 20 times, now it’s just off.

Same with me! My nest has been working just fine and then all of the sudden - no heat! I had an hvac tech come look and my system and he said it’s fine and that my thermostat was broken. I’ve done all the restarting bs so many times. I’ve submitted my warranty claim. 

How do I submit for warranty claim??
