Hello @Alizardoz2

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I apologize for this incorrect temperature on your Nest Thermostat. I appreciate your feedback about this situation. Let me give you a hand to find a solution for you.

To get more context about your case, I would like to know:

  • What type of thermostat do you have?
  • When was the thermostat installed?
  • When did the issue start?
  • How big is the difference between the readout of the Nest thermostat and your thermometer or other thermostats?
What is the brand/model of the HVAC/heat pump?

With these details we can find a solution for this situation.

Feel free to keep us posting,

Best regards,

Douglas.
