Thermostat schedule issue

Morning. I have a learning thermostat, installed much earlier in the year. Hot water has been running fine on schedule for months. I have started scheduling heating as the weather has dropped, but the thermostat is not coming on at the scheduled time. This has now happened 2 days running (the first 2 days of trying it!).

I set 20 degrees (C!) at 6am. I was up at 5:45, thermostat showed 14 degrees but didn’t come on. I manually turned it on and it responded fine but doesn’t turn on when scheduled. Any ideas please?

Hi Redhouse_Richar,

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.

During setup, you have the option of selecting Auto-Schedule, Basic Schedule, or opting out of it entirely and scheduling it manually over the app or the device itself. Please make sure to disable the auto-schedule and turn off Home/Away Assist so it won't be confused which schedule it should follow.
