Hi, scheduling our heating using Nest Thermostat hasn't worked properly for about a year in our setup (used to work fine previously for 5+ years with our setup that hasn't changed).
I only recently discovered you can force the heating on using the physical button on our Heat Link - this heats up the radiators fine.
I can sometimes get the heating to work using scheduling but more often than not, the thermostat will light-up as orange (heating) but no heat is delivered to the radiators at all, even after leaving it supposedly heating for a few hours.
Could there be any obvious reasons for this? I have cleared the schedule completely to run tests and Auto-Schedule and True Radiant are switched off. It's cold enough now that it should be heating.
Does Heat Link completely by-pass the Thermostat or go 'through' it? I'm just wondering if our Thermostat might be faulty and not be passing on signals to our boiler.
