Thermostat will only open in "COOL". How do I get to the "HEAT"

I had to disconnect Our Thermostat and now I can no longer find the HEAT, only the COOL.

Have a suggestion on how to get to the HEAT part of the thermostat?

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

@GaryG3, please ensure that all the wires from its base are securely connected and that the tabs are kept down. Also, restart your thermostat to refresh and check the temperature modes. If Heat mode is still not visible, re-seat the wire from the W terminal and ensure that it is properly connected before pushing the tab down.

Please note: turn off the power from the HVAC system at the breaker box before touching the wires.
