Thermostat won’t connect to Heat Link

Monday

I restarted my Nest thermostat which I inherited with my new house. Everything connected fine before and the thermostat looks to connect whilst the Heat Ljnk is flashing green. However, it won’t link up. I have tried all the resets I can find on the web with no luck. Can anyone help?

  • Is there any error code on the Nest Thermostat's display?
  • Could you describe the steps you follow to reset your Heat Link?
  • What's the distance between the Heat Link and Nest Thermostat?
