Thermostat won’t hold charge

Elf1220

My google Nest Learning Thermostat will not hold a charge. I have used the USB cord to charge it but the battery is so low that it can’t connect to the internet. My HVAC company has come to my home twice and see no issue with the wiring or the amount of power coming from the blue wire.

I have had the Nest Learning Thermostat for 9 months. Please advise if the warranty policy to get a replacement thermostat.
