Thermostats Constant losing internet connection

I own five (5) NEST thermostats .. Three in one home, see,y models which suffer constant internet disconnects…. I go away for months and rely on NEST to maintain my schedule, especially with regards to heat in Eastern winters…. So upsetmthst NEST is discontinuing support for LOYAL OWNERS who can not afford to buy multiple new models

  • What Nest thermostat models do you have? To identify them, refer to this article: How to tell which Nest thermostat you have. 
  • Did you see any error code on the thermostat display?
  • What's the software version of your thermostats?
