Thermostats is communicating with Heat Link and clicking when switched on but not firing up boiler

The app is attempting to switch on heating and you can hear a click on the heat link however boiler not firing up. You can manually switch on by clicking the heat link on.  This fires up boiler. Tried resetting from thermostat but still not working. Any ideas please

Due to common sense, if the boiler is firing when manual mode is pressed, then it's not the thermostat!!

I would suggest you get a plumber and check out your boiler, and ANY motorised valves in the system

Thanks for advice, I managed to reset the thermostat a few times and on last attempt somehow it seemed to reset fully and work.
