Wondering if my current setup is compatible with nest system

Compatibility and functionally will depend a little on which Nest Thermostat you are considering. It's a little hard to tell in the picture but it looks like you have:

RH (Jumpered to RC)
W
Y
G (not connected)

Unsure if G should be connected, but probably it should.

There is no C (common). A Nest thermostat should work without a common (C) wire, but I recommend one. Utilize an unused wire if possible or look into the Nest Power Connector device.
