Theromstat goes to 82degF

I am disliking my nest thermostats more and more - they now have a mind of their own.

I have all options turned off under home/away assist, yet every day at different times the thermostat goes to 82degF and the heating is coming on. There are no times set in the heat schedule either. 

What is happening? I have tried all posted options but still it is happening. It is costing me money.

Before I can give you the best troubleshooting steps, could you please tell me what type of Google Nest Thermostat you have? If you don't know, please visit How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.

I have since reset the factory settings on both the thermostats and assigned them to a different gmail account. So far, everything looks good.
