Trane TEM4 is turning on and off, is it compatible?

Hi, I have a Trane TEM4 heat pump. I installed the nest following the instructions. Initially, when I tested the cooling, it was blowing warm air.  A search online indicated switching the thermostat heat pump setting in the google home app from B to O (I can’t seem to post a picture). Now the heat pump goes on for about a minute, then back off again. 
I have a bad feeling it just won’t work, but I’m hoping that’s not the case.

Trane has some weird wiring at times.

There are a couple of ways to post an image if the camera icon isn't present. I like using Imgur.
