Transferring nest camera and thermostat ownership to a tenant

Hi everyone. I am letting out my house for three years, and need to pass on to my tenants the ability to use the thermostat and camera, both of which are connected to my google account. 

How do I pass my nest account to someone else to use for those three years?

There is no way to transfer a Nest Account because it is attached to your Google Account, and Google Nest's processes for transferring devices to a new owner are cumbersome.

Thanks for reply. I think I'll just bin the nest devices as I've had nothing but trouble with them and with Google. I couldn't even change the time on the camera, despite multiple calls with support who eventually hung up on me and refused to help. The thermostat is rubbish and I'm getting much better usage from £35 security cameras I set up myself. 

Strange that a company like Google is quite so terrible at hardware.
