Where do I find find the trim plate for Nest Thermostat E? Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm afraid we're not selling the trim plates for Nest Thermostat E separately. May I know what happened to the trim plate that came with your device? Also, when and where was it bought as well as what country are you in?
