Trying to maintain a steady temperature at all times

MBTSarasota

I got the thermostat for my mother's house so that I could help form my phone (from afar) when she has issues with the thermostat. All I want is to maintain her home at 74 degrees - always. That is the temperature she is comfortable with. But the Nest keeps changing into different modes like Eco. I don't want the temperature to change. I just want it to stay at 74 degrees. Can anyone help with how I can make this happen for her? Thank you!

Did you ever find a solution to this issue?  I have the same problem.  I have tried all of the other things like clearing out any memory or scheduling (which I never had anyway) and any eco settings.  Still the same problem. Ready to toss this
